The Person We're Looking For

A senior marketer whose core skill is building efficient demand engines: someone who turns positioning into reach, reach into pipeline and growth, and does it with clear return on every rupee spent.

The defining traits:
- A builder of engines, not a manager of activity. You create the systems, funnels, and distribution that generate demand,



and you make the existing team's work add up to outcomes rather than disconnected campaigns.
- ROI-disciplined by instinct. You think in CAC, payback, and return. Reach only matters to you if it pays back. This is non-negotiable for a bootstrapped company where every rupee of spend must justify itself.
- Equally fluent across B2B and B2C. You can move between an enterprise demand motion (Cuelinks, getting in front of advertisers, agencies, and platforms and converting attention into qualified pipeline) and a consumer growth motion (DesiDime, ZIngoy acquisition, engagement, and retention at scale). Most candidates lean one way; the ability to direct the other is essential.

A leader who lifts a team. You take a capable but unled execution team (SEO, content, social, paid, lifecycle/CRM, martech) and give it strategic direction and accountability.
