​Role Overview





​We are seeking a highly skilled, deeply technical, and hands-on Tech Lead – Go / Golang Backend to lead the engineering of scalable, high-performance, and highly concurrent backend systems.

​This is an engineering-first leadership position (~60–70% hands-on coding and technical ownership), rather than a purely managerial role. You will work closely with the Technical Architect to translate high-level system designs into robust, production-ready microservices, own critical components, conduct rigorous code reviews, mentor engineers, and tackle complex performance and concurrency challenges in production.
