Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Trainer to join our Learning & Development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and induction training, preferably within the NBFC sector, and will be responsible for enhancing the sales capabilities of employees through structured training programs, coaching interventions, and performance improvement initiatives.

The role requires frequent travel to branch locations and close collaboration with business leaders to drive sales effectiveness and employee productivity.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct induction, product, process, compliance, and behavioral training sessions.
- Assess training needs through field visits, stakeholder discussions, and performance analysis.
- Create engaging training content, presentations, assessments, and learning materials.
- Facilitate classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training programs.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and business performance metrics.




- Provide coaching and mentoring to sales teams to improve productivity and customer engagement.
- Support sales initiatives by ensuring employees are equipped with product knowledge and selling skills.
- Maintain training records, reports, attendance, and learning dashboards.
- Collaborate with business heads and HR teams to identify skill gaps and implement development plans.
- Stay updated on industry trends, products, regulatory requirements, and training methodologies.
