About the Role

We run two brands under one roof: IC Glass, a Gen-Z focused DTC glass accessories brand, and GGD (Get Glass Distribution), our B2B wholesale arm serving retailers. We're looking for a Marketing Manager who can grow both: building consumer brand awareness and sales for IC Glass, and driving retailer leads and wholesale growth for GGD.

This isn't a role for managing a content calendar or waiting for direction. You'll own the strategy for each brand and make the calls on what gets results, whether that's a customer scrolling TikTok or a retailer deciding who to order from.

What You'll Own

Brand Awareness
- Build IC Glass into a brand Gen-Z recognizes, not just another glass shop in the feed
- Own the voice and presence across social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
- Know what makes people stop scrolling and what makes them forget a brand exists

Customer Acquisition
- Run campaigns (organic, paid, influencer, creator) that bring current customers to geticglass.com
- Identify and test channels before scaling spend




- Build and manage influencer/creator relationships that actually convert, not just reach

Sales Growth
- Turn traffic into revenue: campaigns, email/SMS, promotions, launches
- Own conversion-focused thinking, not just top-of-funnel vanity metrics
- Report on what's working, what's not, and what to do next with real numbers
- Take an idea from concept to live campaign without needing hand-holding

GGD (B2B/Wholesale Growth)
- Generate retailer leads and grow wholesale accounts for GGD
- Run wholesale email/SMS campaigns and retailer-facing promotions
- Support trade show presence and retailer marketing materials
- Build retailer retention and reactivation initiatives

What We're Looking For
- Real experience growing a B2C or DTC brand (not just running someone else's playbook)
- Deep fluency in social media and creator culture, especially Gen-Z platforms
- A track record of campaigns you can point to and explain why they worked
