Role & responsibilities
- The ideal candidate will have good mix of technology skills, coaching skills, business thinking, insurance process expertise and is client focused.
- Looking for UiPath RPA experience & Power Automate.
- Has ability to imagine automated solutions and understands a potential future-state process and system design.
- Is capable of designing workflows with the ability to both understand a business process from a workflow diagram as well as to illustrate a written process description as a workflow diagram.
- Can follow a structured and methodical problem solving approach, combined with critical and creative thinking
- Appreciation for development methodologies and best practices (e.g., iterative agile methodologies, change control, source control, project management)
- A self-starter who delivers high quality work and can adapt to new challenges,



either on their own or as part of a team.
- Leads a small team of automation developers, provides mentoring and reviews their work
- Good verbal and written English skills
- Excellent presentation, facilitation and coaching skills
- Basic Insurance processing knowledge

Strong experience in development or scripting skills in one of these UiPath

Solid experience in development or scripting skills in one of these UiPath

Licenses/Certificates

UiPath (or any other RPA technology) advanced developer certification is strongly preferred

Working Experience

8+ years experience in Technology, 5+ years experience in RPA is strongly preferred
