BSSR Labs is a Hyderabad-based software products company. Our flagship product, StreakOwl (streakowl.app), is a study companion for CBSE students in classes 4–10 — NCERT-aligned notes, daily challenges, friend battles, an AI tutor, and rewards that turn daily learning into a habit, with parent visibility and healthy screen-time controls built in.
The role
You'll own day-to-day marketing for StreakOwl and grow it from early stage — this is a builder role with direct access to the founder, not a cog-in-a-machine role.
What you'll do
- Plan and run campaigns targeting parents of CBSE students (classes 4–10) across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and WhatsApp communities
- Create and manage content: short-form video, parent-focused posts, app store listings (ASO), and the StreakOwl blog
- Run and optimize paid campaigns (Meta/Google) within defined budgets
- Build school and parent-community outreach in Hyderabad and beyond
- Track what works: funnel metrics, CAC, retention signals — and double down on it
- Manage the BSSR Labs and StreakOwl social presence, including LinkedIn
What we're looking for
- 0–3 years of marketing experience (internships count) — digital-first
- Robust written English plus Telugu and/or Hindi (our parents are bilingual)
- Hands-on with at least two of: Meta Ads, Google Ads, Canva/short-video tools, basic analytics (GA4 or similar)
- Based in Hyderabad or willing to relocate
- Preferred: experience marketing to parents/students or at an edtech company; understanding of the CBSE/NCERT ecosystem
