Position: Security In-Charge

Preferred Background: Ex-Army / Defence Personnel

Location: Panchkula , Haryana

Experience: Relevant experience in security management, preferably in a school, institutional, corporate, or residential environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage the complete operations

Ensure strict access control for staff, visitors, vendors, and vehicles.

Monitor security guards, deployment, shifts, attendance, and discipline.

Ensure effective functioning of CCTV surveillance and other security systems.

Prepare and implement security protocols for school entry, exit, dispersal, events, and emergencies.

Conduct regular security rounds and identify potential safety and security risks.

Coordinate with school management, administration, transport, and local authorities whenever required.

Maintain records of visitors, incidents, security checks, and daily security activities.

Ensure proper security arrangements during school events, examinations, functions, and VIP visits.

Handle emergency situations, evacuation procedures,



fire safety coordination, and crisis management.

Train and brief security personnel regarding discipline, emergency response, child safety, and skilled conduct.

Ensure that all security personnel follow school policies and maintain professional behaviour.

Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Management from time to time.

Candidate Profile:

Ex-Army / Ex-Defence personnel preferred.

Strong leadership, discipline, alertness, and communication skills.

Experience in managing a security team is highly desirable.

Physically fit and capable of handling emergency situations.

Good knowledge of security procedures, access control, surveillance, and crisis management.

Experience in a school or educational institution will be an added advantage.
