Role Summary

Lead the interior design and execution for residential, commercial, and institutional projects within the company’s construction portfolio. Bridge the gap between design intent and site execution, ensuring designs are buildable, on budget, and delivered on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

Design Development: Create space planning, layout options, 2D drawings, 3D renders, and material palettes based on client brief and project type.

Technical Coordination: Prepare working drawings, joinery details, false ceiling layouts, electrical/lighting plans, and BOQs. Ensure drawings are compatible with structural, civil, MEP, and HVAC drawings.

Site Execution Support: Conduct regular site visits to check progress, resolve design queries, monitor quality of finishes, and ensure design intent is maintained during construction.

Vendor & Material Management: Source materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures. Coordinate with approved vendors and refer to brand catalogues for specifications and costing.

Budgeting & Estimation: Prepare interior cost estimates,



value-engineer designs, and track variations. Work closely with the QS and procurement team.

Client & Stakeholder Coordination: Present concepts to clients, incorporate feedback, and get approvals at each stage. Coordinate with project managers, architects, and site engineers.

Documentation: Maintain project files, design revisions, RFIs, and handover documentation.

Compliance: Ensure designs meet building codes, safety standards, and company quality norms.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education: Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.

Experience: 3–6 years in a construction company or turnkey projects. Portfolio required.

Technical Skills: AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max/V-Ray or Lumion, Revit, MS Office. Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and finishing techniques.
