Role & Responsibilities
- Business Development & Strategy
- Identify new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
- Develop and execute business growth strategies aligned with company goals.
- Explore joint ventures, land acquisitions, and redevelopment opportunities.
- Build relationships with landowners, investors, brokers, and channel partners.
- Handle tenant and landlord negotiations.
- Find tenders, draft offer letters for redevelopment, and create feasibility reports based on offer letters.
- Market Research & Analysis
- Conduct market surveys to analyze demand, pricing trends, and competitor activities.
- Identify high-potential locations for new projects.
- Provide insights for product mix, pricing, and positioning.
- Project Coordination
- Work closely with design, planning, legal, and finance teams.
- Support feasibility studies and project viability analysis.
- Assist in approvals, documentation, and compliance processes.
- Networking & Representation




- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and meetings.
- Develop strong industry connections.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience: 5 to 10 years of experience in real estate development or the construction industry with a proven track record in business development or sales.
- Education: Bachelors degree.
- Industry Background: Real Estate (suggested industries also include Advertising & Marketing, e-Learning / EdTech).
- Key Competencies:
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent networking, relationship-building, and leadership abilities.
- Strong market knowledge of real estate trends and regulations.
- Financial and analytical skills for project evaluation.
- Result-oriented and target-driven approach.
- Additional Requirements:
- Willingness to travel for site visits and client meetings.
- A robust local market network is preferred.
