BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Domestic Tour - B2B Channel

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

▪Build & Maintain Partners for B2B Portfolio in Kerala

▪Generate Business opportunities for Company.

▪Active communication with partners.

▪Knowledge about Destinations, Hotels & Flights

▪Promote destinations in company’s Portfolio

▪ Destinations to Promote:

Sikkim, North East, Bhutan,

Kashmir, Ladakh, Himachal, Golden Triangle, Rajasthan, North East India, Sikkim, Odisha, Uttarakhand, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Goa, Andaman, Karnataka, Kerala, Tamilnadu, HongKong, China, Bhutan.

▪Good understanding about B2B market requirement.

▪Ensure its strong presence in B2B market

▪Achieve growth & hitting sales targets

▪Maintain professional knowledge by attending- travel trade fares

▪Present sales,



revenue and expenses reports & realistic forecasts to the management team.

▪Daily Sales Report to Reporting head.

▪Excellent coordination with Operation Team.

DESIRED REQUIREMENTS:

▪Graduate in Travel & Tourism

▪Min 4 year sales exp in B2B Domestic Tour

▪Good network with Tour Operators

▪Male / Female candidate

▪Native of Kerala

▪Own Two Wheeler and Licence.

▪Good Interpersonal skills

▪Self Motivated, Positive, enthusiastic

▪Responsible, punctual and skilled.

Candidate with B2B Sales Experience above 5 years - 50k + Incentives

Candidate with B2B Sales Experience above 2+ years - 30k + Incentives
