Role & responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at site, ensuring work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Inspect construction works to ensure adherence to quality standards, project specifications, and applicable codes.
- Monitor site progress against approved construction schedules.
- Review IFC drawings, shop drawings, and technical submittals for site implementation.
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, MEP teams, and project stakeholders.
- Ensure construction activities are carried out in compliance with project HSE requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections and prepare snag/punch lists.

Preferred candidate profile
- BE Civil Engineer with 7+ years experience or Diploma Civil Engineer with 10+ years experience
- High-rise residential/commercial building construction experience.
- Knowledge of RCC, structural works, finishing works, and construction methodologies.
- Familiarity with IS Codes, NBC, and local building regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
- Solid coordination, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
