We are looking for an experienced HR professional
to manage and strengthen day-to-day HR operations across the organization. The role will be responsible for complete
recruitment for multiple departments of the company, HR documentation, performance management, and compliance.

The ideal candidate should have strong people-management skills, sound knowledge of HR practices, and the ability to improve HR processes while maintaining confidentiality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end
HR operations
and ensure smooth execution of daily HR activities.
- Lead and support
recruitment activities
, including manpower planning, candidate screening, interview coordination, offer management, and joining formalities.
- Maintain accurate and updated employee records, HR databases, attendance, leave, and other HR documentation.
- Manage performance management, including goal setting, performance reviews, feedback cycles, and employee development initiatives.
- Coordinate with management and department heads to understand workforce requirements and HR priorities.
- Monitor employee




attendance, leave, probation, confirmation, and separation processes
.
- Ensure compliance with applicable
labour laws, company policies, statutory requirements, and internal HR procedures
.
- Maintain high standards of
employee data confidentiality and information security
.
- Work closely with senior management to support
organizational growth, workforce planning, and culture-building initiatives
.

Qualifications & Experience
- Education:
MBA/PGDM in HR or Human Resource Management, preferably in the FinTech field
- Experience:
Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience
- Previous experience handling
end-to-end HR operations
