We are looking for a highly motivated and target-driven Senior Admission Counselor (IC) to independently manage the admissions process, counsel prospective parents, and consistently achieve enrollment targets.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete admission cycle from lead allocation to student enrollment.
Counsel prospective parents and students regarding Dreamtime Learning's online academic programs.
Understand student learning needs and recommend suitable academic solutions.
Conduct admission counseling through phone calls, WhatsApp, emails,
and virtual meetings.
Build robust relationships with prospective families to maximize admission conversions.
Handle parent queries and objections professionally throughout the admission process.
Follow up regularly with leads to improve conversion rates.
Coordinate with Academic, Operations, and Finance teams for smooth student onboarding.
Ensure timely collection of admission documents and fee payments.
Maintain accurate lead records and update CRM on a daily basis.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly admission reports.
Stay updated on curriculum, fee structure, admission policies, and school offerings.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the admission journey.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Minimum 30–40 connected counseling calls per day.
Minimum 10 student admissions every month.
Achieve individual monthly and quarterly admission targets.
