Role Summary
The Assistant Manager – Talent Management will support the design, execution,



and continuous improvement of talent management strategies across the organization. This role focuses on performance management, succession planning, leadership development, and high-potential talent programs to build a solid internal talent pipeline aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities
Talent Management Strategy & Execution
- Support the implementation of the organization’s talent management framework and policies.
- Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to identify current and future talent needs.
- Drive initiatives related to succession planning, internal mobility, and talent reviews.
- Track and report key talent metrics (e.g., bench strength, internal fill rates, attrition of key roles).

Performance Management
- Manage the end-to-end performance management cycle (goal setting, mid-year, annual reviews).
- Support design and refinement of performance management tools, templates, and guidelines.
- Facilitate calibration
