We are looking for an experienced Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager with 10–11 years of experience to lead our digital marketing function and drive our brand's online presence and growth.

This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who understands social media, paid advertising, PPC, content marketing, branding, and team management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the digital marketing team, leading content initiatives, overseeing advertising campaigns, and developing strategies that strengthen the brand and generate business results.

Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management
- Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Own the social media calendar, campaigns, content planning, publishing, and engagement.
- Track social media trends and identify opportunities to increase reach, engagement, and brand awareness.
- Monitor audience feedback, comments, messages, and overall online brand presence.
- Analyze social media performance and continuously improve the strategy.





PPC & Paid Advertising
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize PPC and paid advertising campaigns.
- Manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Manage campaign budgets, targeting, ad creatives, audience segmentation, and optimization.
- Monitor key metrics including CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, conversions, and ROAS.
- Conduct A/B testing and identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and ROI.
- Work closely with the creative and content teams to develop effective ad campaigns.

Digital Marketing Team Management
- Lead and manage the overall digital marketing team.
- Coordinate the work of social media, content, creative, and paid marketing team members.
- Set priorities, timelines, goals, and performance expectations.
- Ensure campaigns and deliverables are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Mentor team members and support their profes
