Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager - Training to join our Learning & Development team for an international process. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in delivering training within the Airlines/Travel domain, along with strong facilitation and coaching skills.

This role will be responsible for onboarding, process training, OJT support, knowledge enhancement initiatives, and driving performance improvement through impactful learning interventions.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver process, product, customer service, and soft skills training aligned with business requirements.
- Facilitate engaging and effective classroom and virtual training sessions.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback analysis, and performance tracking.




- Provide coaching and support during On-the-Job Training (OJT) to ensure successful transition to production.
- Identify training needs and conduct refresher, upskilling, and developmental programs.
- Conduct knowledge assessments and certification programs for new hires and existing employees.
- Prepare and maintain training reports, dashboards, scorecards, and MIS.
- Collaborate with Operations, Quality, and Leadership teams to ensure training effectiveness and process alignment.
- Update training content and modules based on process changes, policy updates, and client requirements.
- Participate in calibration sessions and performance review discussions to drive operational excellence.
