Role Description
The New Business Development Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon, responsible for driving the acquisition of new B2B customers and expanding DCGpac’s market presence. This role involves identifying and qualifying prospects,
conducting sales meetings and presentations, and developing tailored proposals for packaging solutions. The manager will build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals aligned with revenue and margin objectives. Day-to-day tasks include creating and executing sales plans, tracking pipeline activity, preparing regular performance reports, and collaborating with internal teams such as operations, pricing, and customer support to ensure smooth onboarding and high service levels. The role also requires monitoring industry trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine go-to-market strategies and uncover growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in packaging, manufacturing, logistics, or related industries.
