Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and implement manufacturing processes for heavy fabrications using PEB (Pre-Engineered Building) technology.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure productive production planning, scheduling, and execution of projects.
- Conduct quality control checks on finished products to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
- Troubleshoot issues related to welding techniques, equipment maintenance, and material selection.
Job Requirements :
- 2-8 years of experience in a similar role within the engineering & construction industry.
- Strong understanding of heavy fabrication processes, including design calculations and structural analysis.
- Proficiency in working with various materials such as steel, aluminum, copper etc. .
- Experience with welding techniques such as MIG/TIG/ARGONAUTIC WELDING.
