What You Will Do
- Welcome patients and ensure they have an excellent experience from the moment they enter the clinic.
- Handle patient enquiries professionally in person and over the phone.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments.
- Manage patient registrations and basic front-office documentation.
- Coordinate with doctors, clinical teams and other departments.
- Follow up with patients regarding appointments and treatment schedules.




- Maintain professional communication and front-office standards.
- Assist in achieving clinic service and performance goals.
- Ensure that every patient interaction reflects the quality and professionalism expected from MIDAC.
