Role & responsibilities
- Manage the TTS/Panel Production process, ensuring alignment with project schedules and quality specifications
- Collaborate with engineering teams to interpret technical drawings and specifications, ensuring all production activities meet design requirements
- Monitor daily production activities, troubleshooting issues as they arise to prevent delays and maintain efficient workflow.
- Implement quality control measures throughout the panel production process, conducting inspections to verify compliance with technical specifications
- Manage resources efficiently, including labor, materials, and equipment, to maximize productivity and meet budget targets
- Enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations within the panel production area, ensuring protected working conditions for all team members
- Identify opportunities for process improvements in panel production, implementing best practices to enhance productivity and quality

Preferred candidate profile
- experience in steel or hull fabrication within heavy engineering, or a similar industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
