Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our Secured Direct sales team. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and executing sales strategies for our secured lending products, managing a team of sales professionals, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Job Responsibilities**

* Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets for secured direct products.
* Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of direct sales representatives, providing ongoing coaching, training, and performance feedback.
* Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and identify recent business opportunities.
* Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
* Manage the sales pipeline, forecast sales, and report on key metrics to senior management.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
* Collaborate with marketing, product development, and underwriting teams to optimize product offerings and sales initiatives.




* Conduct regular market research to stay informed about competitor activities and industry best practices.
* Participate in sales presentations and negotiations for complex or high-value deals.
* Resolve customer issues and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Job Qualifications**

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role, preferably within secured lending or financial services.
* Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Strong understanding of secured lending products and the direct sales model.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Demonstrated ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team.
* Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Offic
