Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain & repair biomass boiler systems and associated equipment.
- Test boiler water regularly and adjust chemical levels to prevent corrosion & scaling.
- Maintain detailed records of inspections, maintenance schedules & repair activities.
- Ensure compliance with state, local & statutory boiler safety regulations.
- Operate boilers following strict safety procedures & operational guidelines.
- Monitor equipment to detect malfunctions and perform necessary corrective actions.
- Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance & performance checks.
- Maintain daily boiler operation logs, safety observations & maintenance reports.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams for repairs, upgrades & system improvements.
- Manage fuel inventory & ensure adequate supply for productive boiler operation
