Role Overview

We are looking for driven, high-energy Management Trainees (1-3 years experience) to join our fast-growing Operations team. This is a high-growth, hands-on role designed to groom future operational leaders at Mitti Labs.

You will work closely with Program Managers and regional leads to execute large-scale carbon projects, manage field partner performance, optimize data tracking systems, and directly support ground teams working with thousands of smallholder farmers.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operational Execution & Field Support
- Partner & Ground Coordination: Assist in managing day-to-day operations with implementation partners (NGOs, Agri-orgs) and ground extension agents to ensure project timelines and targets are met.
- On-Ground Audits & QA/QC: Conduct regular field visits to audit data collection accuracy, verify sustainable farming practice adoption, and ensure strict adherence to SOPs.
- Problem Solving & Escalations: Serve as a quick-response liaison to resolve daily operational blockers faced by field teams and partners.

2. Data Analytics,



MIS & Performance Tracking
- KPI Dashboard Management: Maintain detailed task sheets, MIS reports, and performance tracking dashboards (using Excel, Google Workspace, Looker) to track daily field progress.
- Process Documentation: Assist in drafting, updating, and distributing operational SOPs, training manuals, and field execution guidelines.
- Farmer & Partner Insights: Analyze field data to identify bottlenecks, measure agent productivity, and generate actionable insights for central leadership.

3. Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Alignment
- Internal Coordination: Bridge communication between on-ground execution teams and central functions.
- Training & Onboarding: Support the coordination of training workshops and awareness campaigns for field agents, local supervisors, and farmer groups.
