About the Role

We are looking for a
Creative & Ad Creative Specialist
who can take ownership of our daily creative production, creative research, copy testing, and performance-driven content generation across multiple brands.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of
direct-response marketing, advertising creatives, social media content, and performance marketing
. This person will be responsible for continuously finding new creative angles, repurposing existing content, developing new ad concepts, and improving winning creatives through systematic testing.

The role requires someone who is
highly execution-oriented, creative, detail-focused, and comfortable working in a quick-paced environment
.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Production
- Create daily brand creatives for all active brands.
- Develop new creative concepts based on current campaigns, offers, audiences, and marketing objectives.




- Ensure creative production is aligned with each brand's positioning and communication style.
- Consistently generate fresh, performance-focused creative ideas.

Video & Creative Coordination
- Ensure all completed videos are properly shared with the editor within the required timelines.
- Coordinate with editors and other members of the creative team to ensure smooth production.
- Track creative requirements and ensure nothing is delayed due to communication or coordination gaps.

Quality Control
- Perform thorough QC on every video and creative before it is published or uploaded.
- Check for errors in copy, visuals, branding, subtitles, formatting, hooks, CTAs, and overall presentation.
- Ensure every creative meets the required quality and brand standards before going live.

Creative Repurposing
- Identify high-potential existing videos and transform them into new direct-response scripts and creative concepts.
