Role & responsibilities
- Undergo training in multiple departments such as Production, Quality, Maintenance, Design, Planning and Supply Chain

Assist Senior engineers in daily operational activities

Learn and follow SOPs, Safety standards and quality procedures

Participate in process improvement and cost optimization initiatives

Prepare reports, documentation and data analysis as assigned
- Support troubleshooting and problem-solving activities

Ensure adherence to company safety and compliance policies

Final department allocation will be based on Technical Knowledge, Learning ability, Business requirement and Individual interest
