SCOPE OF WORK
- Assign tickets received from service desk and users for software requirements.
- Follow the approval process and seek business justification wherever required.
- Raise software requests to SAM team on behalf of users
- Communicate users on current progress and next steps forward related to their requests.
- Share relevant information with the service desk related to particular software requests as and when requested.
- Coordinating with SAM and deployment team for application to reflect in users catalogue for installation.
- Software Asset Management Analyst, person to work on SAM Daily Operations requests.
- Tracking of all software licenses and applications. Perform Software License Audits, handling user requests and escalations. Handle user requests for software and licenses.
- Process tickets within SLAs and escalate if required, Perform software licensing audit and governance activities to avoid risk.
- Knowledge on ITSM tools and ITIL Preferred.
