Role Description

The Campus Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at the Elance Learning campus in Kochi.



This role is responsible for overseeing daily campus operations, including coordinating classes, managing schedules, and ensuring a smooth learning experience for students and faculty. The Campus Manager will handle student inquiries, provide high-quality customer service, and support learners through admission, onboarding, and ongoing engagement. The role also includes collaborating with academic and administrative teams to organize training sessions, events, and workshops, while maintaining a professional and welcoming campus setting. The Campus Manager will monitor campus resources, implement policies and procedures, and contribute to continuous improvement of campus processes and learner satisfaction.
