GRS Global is looking for an experienced Senior Email Marketing Specialist with a proven track record in international email marketing. This role is ideal for someone who can craft impactful campaigns, analyze performance, and drive results on a global scale.

Responsibilities
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns.
- Design, develop, and edit HTML email templates.
- Apply basic CSS styling to create responsive email layouts.
- Test email templates across major email clients, including Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo Mail, and Apple Mail.
- Schedule and deploy bulk email campaigns.
- Manage and segment subscriber databases for targeted campaigns.
- Verify, clean, and maintain email lists regularly.
- Monitor email deliverability and inbox placement.
- Track and analyze key email marketing metrics, including open rates, click-through rates (CTR), bounce rates, and conversions.
- Generate campaign performance reports and dashboards.
- Conduct A/B testing for subject lines, email content, CTAs, and other campaign elements.




- Monitor website traffic and campaign performance using Google Analytics.
- Create, implement, and analyze UTM parameters for email campaigns.
- Track user behavior, conversions, and campaign ROI using Google Analytics.
- Update and maintain email templates and other campaign assets.
- Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations and best practices, including GDPR and CAN-SPAM.
- Assist in configuring and monitoring SPF, DKIM, and DMARC for email authentication.
- Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to execute campaigns.
- Troubleshoot email rendering, formatting, and deliverability issues.
- Maintain campaign documentation and records.
- Support conference, journal, and event promotion email campaigns.
- Research and evaluate current email marketing tools, technologies, and industry trends.
- Manage multiple email campaigns simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
