Job Description

Overview
Were seeking a Payroll Test Analyst to support China payroll operations using Dayforce. This role will focus on ensuring payroll accuracy and compliance during system separation activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute payroll test scripts and scenarios within Dayforce
- Validate payroll outputs against China-specific statutory and regulatory requirements
- Work closely with vendors to support payroll system configuration and testing
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and payroll result analysis
- Act as point of contact for payroll-related defects and issue resolution




- Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Finance, and IT teams
- Support UAT cycles and ensure successful payroll runs post-separation

Required Skills & Experience
- Hands-on experience with Dayforce payroll
- Robust understanding of China payroll laws and compliance requirements
- Experience in payroll testing and validation processes
- Ability to analyze payroll data and troubleshoot discrepancies
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
