Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Individual to join our sales team at Yield and Yards. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales, New Client / investors onboarding cum acquisitions, handling client relationships, and driving business growth through effective customer engagement and market outreach. Involves cross-sell, upselling. Key Responsibilities • Responsible for generating sales with existing customers and developing new business opportunities within the assigned territory. • Generate leads through various marketing and networking activities. • Conduct outbound calls, client meetings, and property/site visit coordination. • Schedule and conduct daily/weekly meetings with prospective clients. • Build strong relationships with clients through regular follow-up and skilled communication. • Understand customer requirements and provide suitable real estate solutions.



• Coordinate between clients and internal teams for smooth sales closure and customer satisfaction. • Maintain updated knowledge of company projects, pricing, offers, and new launches. • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets aggressively. • Maintain proper sales records, lead tracking, and customer database. • Participate in promotional activities, campaigns, and sales events organized by the company. • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and post-sales relationship management. Job Specifications Educational Qualification • Graduate / Post Graduate from a UGC recognized university. Experience • Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in Sales- BFSI, E-commerce, B2C, E-tech. • Experience in Real Estate Sales will be preferred.
