Job Summary

We are looking for a Red Hat Pre-Sales Engineer / Product Technical Specialist to support our distribution business across the Red Hat portfolio, with solid emphasis on Red Hat OpenShift and OpenShift Virtualization.
The role involves close engagement with partners and customers, technical pre-sales support, solution positioning, enablement, and participation in partner/customer-focused initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Pre-Sales & Technical Support
- Provide technical pre-sales support for the Red Hat portfolio,



including OpenShift, OpenShift Virtualization, RHEL, and related technologies.
- Work closely with sales teams to understand customer requirements and map them to Red Hat solutions.
- Deliver technical presentations, demos, and solution walkthroughs to partners and customers.
- Assist partners in solution design, sizing, and architecture discussions.

Partner & Customer Engagement
- Participate in Distribution Managed Partner Round Tables, Partner Round Tables, and Customer Round Tables.
- Act as a technical point of contact for partner queries, POCs, and technical validations.
- Support partners during customer meetings, workshops, and proposal discussions.

Training & Enablement
- Conduct partner enablement sessions, technical trainings, and onboarding programs on Red Hat technologies.
- Help onboard new partners by explaining Red Hat offerings, use cases, and best practices.
