*Job Description*

Role: HR Executive – Compliance & Employee Relations

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee records, attendance, leave, onboarding, and documentation.
- Handle recruitment, joining formalities, induction, and employee separation processes.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Maintain and update statutory registers, HR records, and compliance documentation.
- Coordinate with consultants, government authorities, and other stakeholders for statutory compliance matters.
- Assist with PF, ESI, gratuity, bonus, professional tax, labour welfare, wages, and other applicable statutory compliances.
- Monitor compliance with applicable labour laws, including requirements relating to wages, working conditions, employee benefits, and workplace policies.
- Support internal and external HR/compliance audits and ensure timely closure of observations.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and employee relations.




- Assist in implementation of HR policies, procedures, welfare initiatives, and employee engagement programs.
- Prepare HR MIS reports related to manpower, attendance, attrition, leave, recruitment, and compliance.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
- Support management in resolving employee-relations and compliance-related issues.

Qualifications
- MSW / Masters in Social Work .
- Knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance.
- Good communication, interpersonal, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
