We are looking for a skilled 3D Module Architect / Architectural Designer with 2–4 years of experience in the construction and modular construction industry. The candidate will be responsible for developing 3D models, architectural layouts, module designs, and detailed drawings for commercial, industrial, and construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop 3D architectural and modular models for commercial, industrial, and construction projects.
- Prepare architectural layouts, plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.
- Create accurate 3D models and construction-ready designs based on project requirements.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, engineering, and project teams for design integration.
- Prepare shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and working drawings as required.
- Modify designs according to site conditions, client requirements, and engineering inputs.
- Ensure designs comply with project specifications, construction standards, and company requirements.
- Support quantity estimation and material planning through accurate drawings and 3D models.




- Review drawings and models for dimensional accuracy and constructability.
- Coordinate with site teams to resolve design and drawing-related issues.
- Maintain proper documentation and revision control of drawings and models.

Qualification/Required

Industry: Construction / Modular Construction
Experience: 2–4 Years
Qualification: B.Arch / B.Des / Diploma in Architecture / Relevant Qualification
Positive knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, or similar 3D design software.

Ability to interpret architectural, structural, and engineering drawings.

Good knowledge of construction materials and methods.

Strong visualization and 3D modelling skills.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
