Role Description
The Ecommerce Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in Indore. This role involves managing and optimizing seller accounts across key e-commerce platforms, including product listing, catalog management, pricing updates, and inventory coordination. The Ecommerce Specialist will monitor sales performance and marketplace analytics,



implement promotional strategies, and coordinate digital marketing activities in alignment with platform requirements. Daily responsibilities also include responding to customer inquiries through marketplace channels, resolving order and listing issues, maintaining accurate product information, and collaborating with internal teams to drive revenue growth and improve seller performance.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong E-Commerce and Sales skills for managing marketplace accounts, driving conversions, and supporting seller growth.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret performance data, track KPIs, and make data-driven decisions for optimization.
