Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete employee lifecycle: onboarding, attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and exit formalities.
- Handle HR policies, documentation, and employee records.
- Manage recruitment coordination and manpower planning.
- Handle employee grievances and resolve HR-related issues.
- Coordinate with management and different departments.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and applicable labour laws.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and performance-related reports.
- Manage HR processes and improve operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Graduate/MBA in HR or relevant qualification.
- 3–7 years of experience in HR Operations.
- Solid knowledge of HR policies, payroll, attendance, and employee management.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
