The Role: Build the Future of AI

At NDS Infoserv, you will be at the center of our AI expansion, building mission-critical systems in:
- Healthcare AI (EHR, ICD/CPT automation, clinical NLP)
- Financial AI (risk models, predictive engines)

You’ll work with:
Deep Learning, Transformers, LLMs, Agentic AI, Generative AI, Model Optimization, Multimodal Architectures — and push them beyond standard research boundaries.

Your Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy state-of-the-art AI/LLM models end-to-end




- Breakdown huge, messy datasets into structured intelligence
- Run rapid experiments with cutting-edge research papers
- Push models to the limit on accuracy, performance, and scale
- Work directly with leadership to integrate AI into enterprise workflows
- Own your projects — no micromanagement, no handholding

Qualifications — We’re Looking for Heavy Hitters
- PhD/Master's in CS, AI, ML, or equivalent real-world depth
- Strong grounding in Gen AI, LLM, Agentic AI
- Hands-on proficiency with:
- PyTorch / TensorFlow
- Pandas, NumPy
- Flask / FastAPI
- Experience building and deploying real AI systems (not just notebooks)
- Ability to explain complex AI in simple, powerful language
- Hunger to learn, experiment, and break limits
