We run two-day online events for entrepreneurs and business owners. Hundreds of people show up expecting the session to start on time, the recording to play without a hitch, and the reminders to land in their inbox and on their phone.

Someone has to make sure all of that actually happens. That's this role.

You'll own the backend of our events — the Zoom setup, the automated recording playback, the WhatsApp and email reminder flows, and the automations that tie it all together. When the event runs smoothly and nobody notices the machinery behind it, that's you doing your job well.

We're not looking for someone who already knows all of this. We're looking for someone who's calm under pressure, obsessive about details, and genuinely curious about how digital marketing works. The tools can be taught. The temperament can't.

What you'll be doing
- Setting up and running Zoom sessions for our two-day events, including automated recording playback




- Building and scheduling WhatsApp reminder sequences so registrants actually turn up
- Writing and scheduling email reminders across the registration-to-event journey
- Building and maintaining automation workflows in Pabbly Connect (and similar tools) to connect our forms, CRM, WhatsApp, and email
- Monitoring live sessions and troubleshooting the moment something breaks
- Tracking registration, show-up, and drop-off numbers, and flagging what the numbers are telling us
- Keeping our SOPs, checklists, and event documentation clean and current

What we're looking for
- A genuine interest in digital marketing and a real appetite to learn it properly
- Comfort with technology — you figure tools out by using them, not by waiting for a manual
- Attention to detail, because a wrong link or a reminder sent an hour late has real consequences
- Composure when something goes wrong mid-event, and the instinct to fix first and discuss later
