About the role

QuantInsti runs Quantra, a platform of self-paced online courses in quant and algorithmic trading, and EPAT, a paid programme. This role owns the day-to-day execution of our email and WhatsApp campaigns for QuantInsti: planning them, building and scheduling them accurately, and then analysing whether they worked. You will work closely with content, design, and the counselling team. The role suits someone precise and deadline-driven who enjoys both hands-on campaign work and reading the numbers afterwards.

Key responsibilities

1. Email and WhatsApp planning and creation
- Plan multi-touch campaigns (sales, webinars, nurture, ebooks) across audience segments, defining the audience, theme, cadence, and channel mix.
- Write and build email and WhatsApp copy that is explicit, benefit-led, and compliant. Keep claims factual and modest, with no guaranteed-outcome language.
- Build responsive HTML emails and set up sends in the marketing platform, including personalisation, UTMs, and correct links.
- Set up lifecycle and automation flows,



for example the sequence a new lead receives after signing up.

2. Error-free scheduling and QA
- Schedule email and WhatsApp campaigns with zero critical errors.
- Complete a pre-send QA checklist before every send (links, merge fields, subject, segment, tracking, render).
- Apply and confirm last-minute changes accurately.

3. Campaign performance analysis
- Publish weekly and monthly performance reports on time (open, click, conversion, revenue, by segment and channel).
- Turn campaign data into actionable insights and recommendations, not just numbers.
- Identify trends and anomalies early and escalate them quickly.

5. Website changes and verification
- Raise accurate website change requests with correct specifications, so there is no rework.
- Verify changes after they go live and sign them off.
- Audit course and pricing communication across the site for consistency and flag issues.
