Role & responsibilities
- Escalation of issue with OEM TAM / TAC and follow up for resolution
- Coordination with Account Manager and Technical Account Manager and arranging for monthly review meetings and ensuring minutes of meeting are submitted on time.
- Coordinating with Account Manager for payment related issues.
- Coordinating with team members, maintaining their attendance and shift.
- Ensuring SLA maintenance
- Periodic reporting to Bank on the status, issues/ challenges faced and how these are handled. Periodicity would be decided with the shortlisted bidder
- Crisis Management and Emergency response Procedures Coordination with OEM PS team for resolving issues & coordinating with OEM as escalation follow-up for long pending calls.




- Review of daily/weekly/monthly reports generated by L1 engineer before submission to the Bank.
- Coordinating with backend team L3/L4 for resolution of issues, not resolved by onsite team.
- Ensuring periodic preventive health check / patching / Version Upgrade for solutions under their preview.
- Coordinate with CSOC team for security issues and issues related to NAC.

Any other task as decided by the Bank pertaining to the solutions provided by the bidder

Preferred candidate profile

Male candidates only with Network Engineering background, exp in routing & switching, Versa SDWAN
