Role Description
The Facilities Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Gurugram, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and maintenance of client facilities. This role involves managing building services such as housekeeping, security coordination,



utilities, repairs, and preventive maintenance to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant operations. The Facilities Manager will monitor vendor performance, manage service contracts, coordinate inspections, and ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards. The role also includes budgeting for facilities operations, tracking costs, and preparing regular reports on facility performance and incidents. The Facilities Manager will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive continuous improvement in service quality and client satisfaction.

Qualifications
- Strong facilities operations and maintenance management skills, including oversight of housekeeping, technical services, and building infrastructure.
- Experience with vendor and contract management, including performance monitoring, negotiation, and coordination of multiple service providers.
