- Developement of efficient process from R&D; lab scale to plant scale by understanding the process in details by conducting lab batches demonstration at R&D.;
- To engage in Tech Transfer activities and create technical content as a part of technology transfer activities- PID's, equipment mapping, risk assessment reports, batch production records, PFD's, etc
- Collect the data like timecycle, inprocess, intermediate analysis data of Optimization and validation batches and process comparision with previous campaign
- After completion of plant optimization and validation batches, preparation of scale-up summary, optimization and validation reports
- Co-ordinate with PID lab/ Kilo lab and R&D; for experiments designs for resolving scale-up issues
- To attend and arrange HAZOP and job safety analysis is being carried out before starting new products or any process changes.




- Preparation of batch and capacity planning as per requirement of Intermediate / API manufacturing.
- Conduct mass balance including calcluation of ETP load, utility load, etc.
- Interpretation of TSU, RC1e, PHA Data prior to conduct HAZOP study to understand criticality class of reactions
- Preparation and review of equioment equivalancy and fesibility, technical data, review and approving PFD, Preparation of P&ID; as per process.
- Strong knowagde of equioment opeartions, cGMP, EHS, Documentations, HAZOP review implementaion.
- Conduct trainings, job related prior to start execution of batches.
- Having valuable knowledge and experience of advance technology and softwares for innovation in process such as Flow Chemistry, DYNOCHEM, FBRM,ASPEN, etc.
