Position Overview





Mighty Machines is looking for an experienced Plant Head to lead and manage its manufacturing operations at the Peenya plant.

The ideal candidate will be a strong Production & Manufacturing Operations qualified with hands-on experience in precision engineering, CNC machining, heavy engineering, machining of forged/cast components and industrial production environments.

The Plant Head will be responsible for the overall performance of the plant, including:
- Production
- Productivity
- Quality
- Delivery
- Capacity utilization
- Machine utilization
- Manpower productivity
- Maintenance coordination
- Process improvement
- Cost control
- Safety
- Inventory coordination
- Customer delivery commitments
- Continuous improvement

The candidate must be capable of managing a shop-floor-driven manufacturing environment and translating customer requirements and production plans into measurable plant-level execution.
