Role Overview
Haiintel is looking for a Technical Project Manager to manage enterprise technology, AI, and
application modernization projects. The role requires strong project-management skills, good
technical understanding, and the ability to work directly with customers and engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage projects from planning through production deployment.
* Own scope, timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
* Coordinate with developers, architects, AI/data engineers, QA, DevOps, and customer
teams.
* Drive Agile ceremonies, sprint execution, backlog tracking, and release planning.
* Provide clear project-status updates to customers and leadership.
* Identify delivery risks early and drive resolution of blockers.
* Coordinate integrations, testing, environment readiness, security reviews, and
deployments.
* Maintain project documentation, and delivery metrics.




Required Skills
* 6 to 10 years of technology experience, with 3+ years in technical project management.
* Experience managing enterprise software or digital-transformation projects.
* Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, APIs, cloud, databases, and DevOps.
* Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
* Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management
skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and work directly with enterprise customers.
Preferred
* Experience with AI/GenAI, data platforms, cloud modernization, or enterprise
applications.
* AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud exposure.
* PMP, Scrum, SAFe, or similar certification is a plus.
