Key Responsibilities
• Own the international IT staffing business, including revenue, profitability and P&L.;
• Drive business development and enterprise sales across international markets.
• Build strong relationships with global corporate clients, CXOs and senior decision-makers.
• Identify, develop and convert new opportunities across IT Staffing, Contract Staffing, Hiring & Payrolling Services.
• Manage strategic client accounts and increase wallet share and long-term business value.
• Develop sales strategies, revenue pipelines, forecasts and international market expansion plans.
• Work closely with Recruitment & Delivery teams to ensure quality fulfilment and client satisfaction.
• Lead, mentor and develop high-performing Sales / Business Development teams to achieve aggressive revenue targets.

What Were Looking For
10+ years of experience in IT Staffing, Recruitment,



Workforce Solutions or B2B Services.
Proven track record in International Business Development & Enterprise Sales.
Strong network across global corporate clients and decision-makers.
Demonstrated experience managing P&L;, revenue, margins and business growth.
Strong commercial acumen with excellent sales, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
Proven leadership experience in building and scaling sales/business development teams.
Robust understanding of international staffing markets and workforce solutions.
