Job Description
Technical Trainer specializing in Engineering and Maintenance Skills within the Pharmaceutical Industry:
Responsibilities
As a Technical Trainer, you will play a critical role in developing and delivering training programs to enhance engineering and maintenance skills across our pharmaceutical manufacturing sites. Your responsibilities will include:
- Training Program Development:




- Collaborate with subject matter experts to design comprehensive training modules related to engineering principles, equipment maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Create engaging content, presentations, and hands-on workshops.
- Training Delivery:
- Conduct training sessions for engineers, technicians, and maintenance staff.
- Ensure effective knowledge transfer on topics such as preventive maintenance, equipment calibration, and safety protocols.
- Unit Operations Expertise:
- In-depth understanding of engineering processes (e.g., HVAC systems, utilities, instrumentation). And process equipment maintenance.
- Familiarity with maintenance practices, including predictive and corrective maintenance.
- Quality and Compliance:
- Emphasize adherence to Positive Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and safety regulations.
- Monitor compliance during training delivery.
