Hart is a Korean-formulated, science-backed skincare brand built around a barrier-first approach. We are looking for a confident, customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to represent Hart at our retail pop-up store at RP Mall, Kollam.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Understand customers’ skincare concerns and recommend suitable Hart products.
- Explain product benefits, ingredients, usage and routines clearly to customers.
- Drive product sales and achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Maintain a clean, organized and visually appealing retail counter.
- Handle billing and customer purchases accurately.
- Maintain proper product display and ensure adequate stock availability.
- Monitor inventory at the store and maintain daily inventory records.
- Coordinate the movement of inventory between the warehouse and retail store when required.
- Maintain accurate daily sales and stock reports.
- Handle customer queries and provide a positive shopping experience.
- Represent the Hart brand professionally at all times.





Requirements
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service and sales skills.
- Interest in skincare and beauty products.
- Confident and presentable personality.
- Ability to understand customer needs and recommend products appropriately.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in retail, skincare, cosmetics or beauty sales will be an advantage.
