Key Responsibilities Quality Control
- Understand customer needs and project requirements to design and implement effective quality control processes.
- Develop, review, and maintain product and process specifications.
- Define quality requirements for raw materials and intermediate products; monitor and ensure supplier compliance.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, regulatory, and legal standards.
- Supervise inspectors, technicians, and quality staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
- Oversee product development and manufacturing processes to identify deviations from quality standards.
- Conduct final inspections and verify product properties against defined specifications.
- Approve compliant products and identify, document, and reject non-conforming or defective items.
- Maintain accurate quality records, documentation, and perform statistical analysis for continuous improvement.




- Collect and analyze customer feedback to evaluate satisfaction and compliance with requirements.
- Prepare and submit detailed quality reports to management and key stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement effective quality enhancement procedures.
- Ensure proper maintenance and calibration of quality instruments and QC room equipment.
- Minimize rework and rejection levels, targeting zero-defect outcomes wherever feasible.
- Ensure QC rooms and inspection areas are kept clean, organized, and audit-ready at all times.
- Develop and implement QC policies and procedures specific to residential construction projects.
- Conduct regular inspections and internal audits to ensure compliance with quality standards, project specifications, and building codes.
