About the Role

We're looking for a senior Account Manager to own and grow Eccentrics existing automotive accounts across India & APAC.

This is primarily an Account Management and revenue-growth role, with 90% of the focus on managing existing accounts and identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling, and 10% on identifying recent business opportunities.

You will be responsible for building strong relationships with automotive clients, understanding their business needs, ensuring successful adoption of our products, and identifying where Eccentric can create additional value through new products, use cases, and solutions.

This is not a purely relationship-management role. You will need to understand our SaaS products well enough to have credible conversations with clients and identify opportunities for account expansion.

Our flagship platform, One3D, is a 3D configurator and visualization product used by automotive OEMs and dealer groups.



We work with leading players across the automotive ecosystem, including Tata Motors, Maruti Suzuki, Toyota, Stellantis, and other OEMs, dealer groups and automotive businesses.

With 3,500+ dealership partners and 200M+ interactions, were building technology that is already being used at scale across the automotive industry.

What You'll Do

- Own a portfolio of automotive client accounts across India & APAC.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders.
- Understand each account's business objectives, challenges, product usage and growth opportunities.
- Drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities across existing accounts.
- Identify new use cases where Eccentric's products can solve additional client requirements.
- Own account renewals and support pricing and commercial conversations.
