Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead the overall Cables Business with a focused sales and marketing strategy across LT/HT, MV, MVCC and related cable products.
- Drive revenue growth, market share, customer retention and expansion across PAN India.
- Manage key relationships with Transmission & Distribution Utilities, RE developers, EPCs and other strategic customers across B2G, B2B and B2C segments.
- Develop and execute annual business plans, sales forecasts and marketing strategies to achieve monthly and yearly targets.
- Build and expand the customer base, including distributors/agents, and identify new business opportunities.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis and identify emerging customer/market needs.
- Oversee payment collection, monthly MIS and overall business performance.
- Lead strategic opportunities, customer negotiations and business closures.
- Drive new product development in collaboration with the Operations team and explore creative/“Blue Ocean” opportunities.
- Build and develop the sales team with a long-term 5-year business growth plan.




- Represent the organization at industry conferences, exhibitions and technical forums.

Job Requirements:
- 16+ years of experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in the Cable/Power industry. (or Other Related products)
- Strong product knowledge of LT/HT Cables, MV Cables, MVCC and related cable products.
- Proven experience handling Transmission & Distribution Utilities, RE Developers and Indian EPCs.
- Strong B2G, B2B and B2C sales experience.
- Established PAN-India customer network; international customer experience will be an added advantage.
- Strong expertise in business development, key account management, sales strategy and market expansion.
- Experience in distributor/agent management and channel development.
- Strong leadership, team-building and strategic planning capabilities.
