Role

We are looking for an experienced Chief of Staff professional with solid expertise in Business Analysis, Program Management, PMO, Business Performance, Strategy, and Governance.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive leadership operating cadence, global operations reviews, and weekly leadership forums.
- Partner with Operations, FP&A;, and business leaders to prepare executive presentations, dashboards, and decision-support materials.
- Provide business insights, health analysis, and proactive identification of risks and opportunities.
- Lead QBRs, OKR formulation, performance tracking, and execution governance.
- Coordinate cross-functional strategic initiatives and ensure timely execution.
- Support budgeting, target setting, compliance, audit readiness, and data integrity.
- Work closely with senior management on strategic priorities and business decisions.
- Develop board, investor, and executive-level presentations.
- Align geography priorities with overall enterprise strategy and growth objectives.
- Drive strategy execution through OKRs, governance frameworks,



and transformation initiatives.
- Monitor strategic workstreams, partnerships, and progress against business objectives.

Candidate Profile
- 78 years of relevant experience in Chief of Staff, PMO, Business Analysis, Program Management, Strategy, Business Operations, or similar roles.
- Strong financial, business, and strategic acumen.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-support capabilities.
- Strong executive presence and communication skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination abilities.
- Proven ability to influence without authority and drive execution.
- Advanced MS Excel, data analysis, dashboards, and presentation development skills.
- Highly agile, proactive, and outcome-oriented.

Education
- MBA Finance / Chartered Accountant (CA)
- Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com)
